Sanctum Boutique Apartments is a centrally located, inner city of Hobart offering two types of accommodation.

Sussex House – a beautifully restored Heritage listed Georgian house that can accommodate two to six guests in quiet luxury. A large lounge area with chesterfield sofas surrounding an electric fireplace and mantle provides a comfortable place to relax after a day touring. A fully equipped modern kitchen with stone benchtops and modern appliances gives you the option to dine in after a busy day. There are three large bedrooms, one King bed with ensuite containing bath and large shower bay, two Queen beds with a shared main bathroom and WC.

The Forge – part of the original house to the rear of the property contains a cosy queen bed Studio Apartment with a fully equipped separate modern kitchenette. The bathroom contains a large light filled shower bay compliments of the beautiful rooftop skylight. The Forge can accommodate two guests in peaceful surroundings.

All beds and baths have sumptuous linen and comfy beds to ensure that you are rested and relaxed. The property also provides a small courtyard area, BBQ and outdoor seating, a large washer and dryer, free parking.
