Heading out from Melbourne, you will travel along this scenic coastal drive, stopping at highlights along the way to the famous 12 Apostles. You’ll call into Kennett River, where you can spot the local Koala population lazing about in the eucalyptus trees and hand-feed the noisy parrots.
Enjoy a lunch stop at Apollo Bay, then drive through the incredible rainforests of the Otways. Follow the paths to the lookout and count how many of the 12 Apostles are left standing.
After you have some stunning photos of this iconic attraction, you’ll head to Loch Ard Gorge. Take the steps down to this hidden beach then follow the paths along the cliffs to view the Razorback. On the way home, gaze out the window at the rural Victorian scenery as you head back inland to Melbourne.
