Boutique Wine Tours Tasmania offers quality, intimate, day tours to Tasmania’s unique cool climate vineyards in the Coal Valley and southern Tasmania. What sets us apart, is the great relationships we have with cellar door staff, the vineyard owners and the cheese producers which have formed over the past decade of operation.
Boutique Wine tours are very passionate what they do, and so do the people you meet whilst on tour, they all have great stories to tell. Not only do you get to taste great wines, but on all our Richmond week day tour you experience a delicious premium Tasmanian produce platter. The focus on tour is to have quality tasting experiences rather than quantity. This allows guests to experience the beautiful surrounds, whilst sipping on premium Tasmanian cool climate wines.
All tours depart from the Tasmanian Travel and Information centre, located on the corner of Davey and Elizabeth Street, Hobart.

Boutique Wine Tours Tasmania offers quality, intimate, day tours to Tasmania’s unique cool climate vineyards in the Coal Valley region and southern Tasmania. The Richmond and Wine at the weekend tour is designed for the visitor who prefers to have a leisurely morning on the weekend.
This tour takes you to the historic town of Richmond and local vineyards. Richmond has some of the oldest colonial buildings in Australia, including the Richmond Bridge and the Gaol which predates Port Arthur. It has some funky boutique shops and is a great place for a coffee or a meal. The rest of the day is spent visiting premium vineyards in the Coal River Valley and includes Cellar Door wine tastings.
The tour includes wine tastings at three Coal River valley vineyards, time to explore Richmond, cheese and wine tasting at Wicked Cheese and a complimentary Tasmanian cheese tasting plate at Puddleduck Vineyard.

On this iconic tour, sample some of Tasmania’s finest cool climate wines in the renowned wine growing region of the Coal River Valley. Enjoy a visit to Wicked Cheese and discover the Museum of Old and New Art (MONA).
Here you will have the options to taste the range of Moorilla wines along with their award-winning boutique beer, Moo Brew. Ending your day by return Mona Roma ferry to Hobart.
This tour now includes a platter lunch and wine and cheese tasting at Wicked Cheese, cellar door wine tastings at two vineyards in the Coal River Valley, Entry to MONA, wine tasting optional at Mona and ferry to Hobart via Ferry.

Departing each Monday and Friday this personalised half day tour by Boutique Wine Tours Tasmania takes you to the historic town of Richmond and two of the best cool-climate vineyards in the Coal River Valley.
Richmond has some of the oldest colonial buildings in Australia, including the Richmond Bridge and the Gaol which predates the penal colony, Port Arthur. Explore the boutique shops, visit the Whisky Tasting house or enjoy a coffee at one of the many cafes.
This tour includes a delicious lunch at Puddleduck, cellar door wine tastings at two vineyards, and time to explore Richmond. At the end of your tour you will get dropped off at your Hobart CBD hotel.

Boutique Wine Tours Tasmania offers personalised tour options for those who wish to choose their tour experience. You get the vehicle and driver (includes fuel, insurances and GST) for a set period of time but you tailor and book the elements of your itinerary.
This is great for groups travelling together, who wish to enjoy their time in Hobart without the hassle of driving. Prices vary depending on the season, length of time and region.
