Canberra Croquet Club

Sports and Recreation Facilities

The Canberra Croquet Club’s three full size lawns and Heritage Clubhouse are next to Canberra’s historic Hyatt Hotel. They’re surrounded by large shady trees with adequate parking nearby. Three mallet sports; gateball, golf croquet and association croquet are played at both social and competitive level. The Club hires it’s lawns for social and corporate functions.

The Canberra Croquet Club welcomes visitors from other Australian or international croquet clubs.

Croquet, a game for young and old, has been described as like playing chess on a lawn.
