Located in the heart of Sydney Financial CBD, The Wolf Wine Bar offers a selection of wines from both the ‘old’ and ‘new’ world and food inspired by Chef Brad Jones’ culinary travels throughout Europe.
With an ever-changing selection of wines by the glass to suit the season, it allows our guests to sample different varietals not common to Australian vineyards.Think German Riesling, French Gamay and Argentinian Malbecs – to name a few.
The food offering is designed with sharing in mind. The menu has been structured to allow guests to try a multitude of flavours on every visit. Savour a small bite with wine, followed by Zucchini Flowers filled with Yamba Prawn Mousse. For something more substantial try the delicious Braised Lamb with Eggplant, Feta, Dried Tomatoes & Green Olives.
