Established in 2015, The Craft & Co operates as an artisanal distillery, brewery and winery across two locations in Melbourne.
Housed in a historic double-storey building, The Craft & Co in Collingwood offers the experience to drink and dine in amongst the distillery and brewery operations, whilst the food and drinks reflect their overarching desire of supporting Australian producers and makers. The Craft & Co has been designed to encourage culinary exploration and immersion across different disciplines, whether it be pairing cheese to our beer or wine or learning how to make gin in our distillery, the experience is unique.
