Georges on Waymouth was established by George & Voula Kasimatis in November 2002, with the aim of serving fresh seasonal produce with caring service in a European setting.
In the heart of Adelaide’s CBD, GEORGES is an undeniable crowd pleaser, continually striving for excellence among locals and interstate guests. The dining room is stylish and minimalist with multiple dining areas, high ceilings and wooden floorboards. As we celebrate over 20 years in business we have undertaken renovations to continually improve our offering and look forward to welcoming you to the new GEORGES in 2023. Our cuisine is Mediterranean focused, with an emphasis to freshness & quality supporting local producers. We use charcoal for most of our cooking and can accommodate a short or longer dining experience complimented with an extensive wine list with over 30 wines by the glass.
We have two private dining rooms with AV facilities that can be booked for corporate or social events and outdoor dining.
We trade for lunch Tuesday to Friday and dinner Tuesday to Saturday.
