Located on the Hobart waterfront at Victoria Dock, Pearl + Co waterfront oyster bar and restaurant is an award-winning addition to the Hobart restaurant and bar scene. With floor to ceiling, opening windows that allow you to enjoy the view of the water and where you feel that you can reach out and touch the local fishing fleets.
Specialising in freshly shucked oysters, sustainable Tasmanian seafood, and fresh local produce with a strong hook-to-plate philosophy.
The interior is modern and bright with several witty touches to the design, and outdoor dining options are available, including our sunny deck right by the water. The bar stocks selected spirits, Tasmanian wine, local beer and cider on tap, and a good selection of classic Cocktails + a few of our own creations.
