Gaz has been surfing Byron Bay since the 1970s. Gaz has been teaching surfing skills since the 1980s. Operating Style Surf School since 1999 that is 23 years. WOW.
Only four schools are licenced to teach group lessons in the waves in Byron Bay. All others are licenced in Ballina Shire. Look before you book and its always Happy Days surfing with Gaz at Style Surf.
Gaz has been in the surfboard making industry before he took over Byron Bays’ longest running surfing school and made it heaps better.

Surf the waves in Byron Bay with experienced surfing instructors. It’s all about fun and surfing the best waves in Byron Bay.
Everything you need for your surf lesson is supplied by Style with surfboards, wetsuits, rash shirts, free pick up and free drop off from your accommodation included.
Byron Bay’s real deal, local instructors that will be in the surf with you to help you with every wave you go for. Surfers that have actually grown up surfing in Byron Bay.
Lessons are with a maximum of 10 beginners and three instructors to ensure personalised, individual attention.
