The Alice Springs Brewing Co. and taphouse is a cosy and unique space in the confines of the brewery. Come and experience the entire brewery range on tap and enjoy some great pizza or even some spicy chicken wings.

A family friendly space with a large range of Australian spirits, including gins, vodkas and whiskies. Next door, Hideout is an informal restaurant bar with both Alice Springs Brewing Co Beers and a selection of beverages from around Australia and the world. Ever wanted to get married at a brewery? Well, you can with them! They are available for hire for a wide range of functions.

In 2018 Alice Springs Brewing Co was born! Starting off with a 50 litre pilot brewery and then adding a 500 litre brewing system a couple of months later. Today Alice Springs Brewing Co is continuing its rapid growth and expansion. In 2020 Alice Springs Brewing Co recruited new Head Brewer Jum Ryan (ex Little Creatures), who now oversees the day-to-day brewing operations. Alongside its taphouse operation, it also distributes to the whole of the Northern Territory and has plans to further expand into other states and territories across Australia in 2022.
