Reef Magic operates cruise day trips direct from Cairns to the Reef Magic activity pontoon located on the outer Great Barrier Reef.
The all-weather Reef Magic pontoon caters for all activity levels, and is the newest pontoon on the Great Barrier Reef, launched in early April 2022. Snorkel in the sheltered coral lagoon, join their Marine Biologist on a Guided Snorkel Safari, try Scuba Diving or even Sea Trek Helmet Diving.
If simply relaxing & soaking up the tropical warmth is more your style then take time out on their spacious sundeck. Reef Magic’s fast catamaran departs daily direct from Cairns to the new Outer Reef activity pontoon. Spend five hours at a private outer reef location including a spectacular 10 minute reef-scenic helicopter flight to view the reef from a unique perspective.
Passenger numbers limited to well below the vessels capacity to ensure friendly, attentive service. En route to the reef enjoy a Great Barrier Reef Presentation by a Marine Biologist.
Included is morning and afternoon tea/coffee, extensive buffet lunch, all snorkelling equipment, easy access to the water from a large stable platform, Underwater Observatory, GBR Biology Lab, Semi Submersible and Glass Bottom Boat Tours, shelter, shade, change rooms, toddlers swimming enclosure and fresh water showers.
Activities available at additional cost on the day include Guided snorkel safaris with a Marine Biologist, Introductory Diving (no experience required), Certified Diving and Helmet Diving (suits non-swimmers).
