Let us take you back in time to a bygone era aboard the Historic Mary Valley Rattler! The Historic Gympie Station on Tozer Street has been restored to its former glory. Rusty Rails Cafe offers a variety of menu choices as well as station made delicious sweet treats and Rusty Rails own barista coffee, beer, apple cider and ginger beer. The gift shop offers a variety of giftware and souvenirs.

Discover the beautiful Mary Valley. The journey crosses the Mary River as you travel over bridges and numerous gentle hills and pass through the small township of Dagun and on to Amamoor. Here you will be fascinated at the turning of the engine on the turntable.

Ride & Dine Service is available: Priority Pre Boarding, On Board Morning Tea, Lunch of your choice at the Cafe, Beverage of your choice with a meal, Bottle of water, Kids Activity Pack included with child fare.

VIP is available: Priority Pre Boarding. Enjoy a local cheese platter onboard plus your beverage of choice in our licensed carriage. Complimentary water and a souvenir stubby cooler, direct veranda access to the steam engine and carriage attendant. Lunch of your choice and a beverage on return to the station.
